As an M&A Service provider how do I earn fees from Aligned IQ M&A?

M&A Support Service providers earn a portion of the closing deal fees for each qualified business client they refer or assist in getting their profile onto the platform. Fees are paid when a referred Seller Client successfully sells their business to a buyer who was originated on the platform. Please contact us for more details.

What type of business referral qualifies for earned fees?

Aligned IQ M&A is best suited for profitable, mature businesses that operate in our current Industry Verticals. Start-ups or high-growth companies raising capital do not qualify, nor do businesses seeking passive minority investors.

Once you are registered on Aligned IQ M&A, you can invite clients who are considering a future sale of their business and are interested in exploring the strategic fit with like-minded buyers before committing to a full sell-side engagement with an intermediary. The invitation process itself provides the client’s consent and allows you (or your client) to set up their “Confidential Information Profile” and to start evaluating potential Matches.

When are earned fees paid for referrals?

Aligned IQ M&A relies on successful transactions to generate revenue and pays you your share of the deal fees only when deals close that were originated on the platform.
